What the website stores

   Your cookie choice

   The website stores neogenic-analytics-consent-v1 in local storage for 6 months so it can remember whether you accepted or rejected optional measurement. This setting is necessary to remember your choice and does not measure your activity.

   Settings for this visit

   Some pages remember a setting only for the current browser tab, in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab: neogenic-pricing-currency (the currency you chose on Pricing) and, on the investor page, neogenic-teaser-slide and neogenic-teaser-journey-screen (which slide or screen you were on). They are needed for those pages to work as you expect and do not measure your activity.

   Meta Pixel

   If you accept optional measurement, Meta Pixel loads to help us measure visits and advertising performance. Meta may receive the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and a page-view event. Meta may set _fbp and, when a Facebook click identifier is present, _fbc, on neogenic.ai. If your browser allows third-party cookies, Meta may also read or set its own cookies on Meta domains (for example fr) under Meta’s cookie policy. For this measurement Scality Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers, as explained in our Privacy Notice. The Neogenic integration is not designed to send contact-form content, email addresses, patient records or health information to Meta.

   Google Analytics 4

   If you accept optional measurement and Google Analytics 4 has been configured, it helps us understand website visits and selected actions. Google may receive the page URL, referrer, IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, client and session identifiers. Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies, which have a default lifetime of 2 years. In the configured property, event data associated with cookies and identifiers is retained for 2 months and user data is retained for 14 months. Google advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation remain denied.

   Measurement events

   The configured events are page_view for a consented page visit; book_call_click for selecting the Calendly link, not a completed booking; contact_email_prepare for preparing a local email draft, not sending it; and high_intent_page_view for visiting Pricing, Contact or a Platform page.

6. 06

   Changing or withdrawing your choice

   You can reopen the cookie choice at any time. Rejecting or withdrawing stops future optional measurement from this browser and removes the measurement cookies set on neogenic.ai (_fbp, _fbc, _ga, _ga_<container-id>, _gid). It cannot remove Meta’s own cookies on Meta domains; you can manage those in your browser or Meta settings. Withdrawal does not delete information already received by a provider. You may contact us to exercise any applicable data-protection rights.
