Frequently asked questions
Is VAT included?
Prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes. We sell to businesses only. Scality Limited charges 19% VAT for taxable sales to Cyprus businesses. Qualifying businesses in other EU countries generally account for VAT through reverse charge, subject to verification of their business and VAT details. Sales to businesses outside the EU generally do not carry Cyprus VAT; local taxes may apply. Tax treatment is based on your billing details, not your browsing location.
Can I pay in euros or US dollars?
Exploration is €299 or $299 per month; ClinicOS starts at €1,499 or $1,499 per month. Add-ons are also fixed in each currency: Patient Portal €299 or $299, extra staff accounts €249 or $249, extra active Portal patients €10 or $10. These are fixed prices in each currency, not exchange-rate conversions.
What are Neogenic credits?
Neogenic credits cover eligible AI text, audio and image work, plus email, SMS and WhatsApp, from one shared balance. Exploration includes a monthly allowance; ClinicOS includes a larger allowance.
How do communications use credits?
Email, SMS and WhatsApp use the same balance as AI work. Consumption varies by service, destination and message category; SMS is counted by billable segments. One credit does not mean one message or AI action.
Do everyday clinic tasks use credits?
Your subscription covers platform access, included staff accounts and purchased add-ons. Ordinary calendar, contact, task and billing workflows do not consume credits.
What happens when I need more credits?
The credit model allows you to add a purchased balance for extra usage. Optional auto-top-up is planned with a refill amount and monthly spending cap you choose.
Do unused credits roll over?
The selected credit model resets included allowances each month. Purchased credits roll over for future use.
How will I track usage?
The planned usage breakdown will show each service, quantity, credits consumed and monetary equivalent, so you can see where your balance goes.
Who is Exploration for?
For an owner or administrator who wants to explore the clinic platform and set everything up with 1 admin staff account.
Does Exploration include all features?
It includes all clinic platform features. The Patient Portal is an optional add-on and is Coming Soon.
What is different about ClinicOS?
ClinicOS includes 6 staff accounts and a larger monthly Neogenic credit allowance. Exploration includes 1 admin staff account and a smaller monthly allowance.
Is the price per person or per location?
The plan price is per location, per month. ClinicOS includes 6 staff accounts. Additional account pricing is listed above.
Is the Patient Portal available now?
The Patient Portal and patient AI agent are Coming Soon. The optional add-on includes 100 active Portal patients per location.
