Meta connection data deletion
Connecting a Meta account is not available in the Neogenic app today. If it becomes available, this page explains how a Meta user can request deletion of data stored for that connection.
How the request works

Start the request through Meta
Use Meta’s application settings to request deletion. Meta sends Neogenic a signed request identifying the Meta user whose connection data should be cleared.

The Meta connection is cleared
After Neogenic accepts a valid signed request, the matching Meta connection is disconnected and its stored access token, refresh token, token expiry and connection metadata are cleared.

Keep the confirmation code
Meta receives a confirmation code and a link back to the Neogenic application. The link reports that the connection data was deleted. This process does not delete clinic records held outside the Meta connection.
