Neogenic vs Healthie for longevity clinics (2026)
The short answer
Choose Healthie if you are a US practice that bills insurance, or you need a mature EHR with telehealth. Choose Neogenic if you run a cash-pay longevity clinic in Europe and want clinic records in the EU and an AI agent that does the admin.

How we compared
We read Healthie's own pricing, privacy, FAQ and AI charting pages on 26 October 2026 and set them beside Neogenic's live pages. We did not sign up for Healthie, so this compares what each company states, not a hands-on test. We gave no scores.
Where your data lives
For a clinic in Europe this is the biggest difference. Healthie's privacy policy says it stores data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the 2023 adequacy decision.[2] Its FAQ says it is GDPR-compliant.[1]
Some clinics and patients still prefer records stored in the EU. Neogenic stores databases and files in Stockholm and runs its application in Frankfurt, and Neo runs on Amazon Bedrock in the EU. A few supporting services, such as email delivery, use providers outside the EU, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as the GDPR page explains.
What the AI does
Healthie's AI Scribe works on in-person, phone and Zoom sessions.[6] It writes a structured chart note, and the note stays editable until the clinician reviews and approves it.[6] AI charting is a paid add-on.[3]
Neo does a different job. Your team asks in plain words, and Neo books or moves appointments, updates contacts, creates tasks and drafts emails. Routine edits run directly. Deletes, patient emails and sent invoices wait for an approval card.
The two answer different problems. Healthie's AI writes the clinical note. Neo does the admin around the visit.
Programmes, packages and billing
Both handle the programme model. Healthie lists programs, and client packages with one-time or recurring payments.[4][5] Neogenic's Billing & Payments covers memberships, subscriptions, package balances, deposits and instalments.
Healthie also bills US insurance, with superbills and CMS 1500 claims.[3] Neogenic does not, because it is built for cash-pay clinics.
Where Healthie is stronger
Healthie has a long track record and more than 40,000 providers by its own count, with an EHR, telehealth and a mobile app.[4]
Neogenic is new, in English only, and its patient apps for iOS and Android are still coming.
What each one costs
Healthie's Core plan is $18 per month billed yearly for 10 active clients, and Plus is $115 per month billed yearly.[3]
Exploration is €270 ($299) per person per month, for up to 4 people. ClinicOS starts at €1,320 ($1,499) per location per month with 6 staff accounts. A one-time setup fee of €900 ($990) is free on the yearly plan, and yearly billing gives 2 months free. Prices exclude VAT. See pricing for add-ons.
