The 8 best longevity clinic software platforms in 2026
This guide compares eight platforms on the work a longevity clinic does every day. Each one is strong somewhere, and each one has a drawback. Both are named in every entry.
Before you read the entries, write down three things. What you sell (single visits, programmes or memberships), where your patients live, and how many staff need an account. Those three answers rule out most tools quickly.
The short answer
| Tool | Best for | Starting price | Hosting stated on its site |

| OptiMantra | Small integrative and functional practices on a budget | $99 per month for the first practitioner[10] | Not stated |
| Cerbo | Functional medicine and cash-based practices that need an EHR | $281, $256 or $127 per full-time provider and $63 per extra staff member per month, plus $1,195 setup[11] | Dedicated server per practice, in US data centres[12] |
How we compared
We scored nothing with stars. We checked each platform against six questions a longevity clinic asks before it buys.
- Programmes and memberships. Can the clinic sell and bill packages, memberships and plans in the same tool?
- Admin work by AI. What does the AI do, and which changes wait for a person to approve?
- One platform. Are booking, follow-up and billing in one place, or spread across tools?
- Data location in writing. Does the vendor's own site name where data is stored and where AI runs?
- Published price. Does the site show a price and the unit it is charged by?
- Patient portal. Can patients see what the clinic shares between visits?
We read each vendor's own product, pricing, security and privacy pages on 26 October 2026. We did not use review sites, and we did not sign up for rival products, so this compares what each vendor states, not a hands-on test.
Neogenic is first because it is our product, and because its own site answers all six questions. It states where data is stored and where its AI runs, and its AI agent does admin across booking, follow-up and billing, with approval for changes that are hard to undo. It is weaker on track record, languages and clinical records, as its drawback line says. The other entries follow in no ranked order.
1. Neogenic
Neogenic is agentic-first clinic software. Neo, its AI agent, does admin work for your team inside Neogenic, from booking to follow-up to billing tasks. It acts within each person's permissions and asks for approval before changes that are hard to undo, such as deleting or publishing. It is not a chat window on the side of the screen.
| Area | Neogenic |
|---|---|
| Best for | Longevity, aesthetic, diagnostic and recovery clinics that want an AI agent doing the admin work |
| Agentic admin | Neo does admin work for the team inside Neogenic, within each person's permissions, with approval for changes that are hard to undo |
| Programmes and memberships | Packages, programmes, memberships and subscriptions |
| Follow-up and booking | Enquiry routing, pipeline, follow-up and appointment booking |
| Billing and payments | Invoices, card payments, deposits, instalments, memberships and reconciliation |
| Patient portal | On the web, with iOS and Android coming soon. Results, bookings, messages and payments (add-on) |
| Automations | Follow-up, routing, reminders and handoffs that run on your rules |
| EU hosting | Databases and files in Stockholm, application servers in Frankfurt, Neo on AWS in the EU |
| Price | Exploration €270 / $299 per person per month. ClinicOS from €1,320 / $1,499 per location with 6 staff accounts. €900 / $990 setup fee, free on the yearly plan |
Choose Neogenic if you sell programmes and memberships and want stated EU hosting. See how Neogenic works as longevity clinic software.
Watch out for its age. Neogenic is a new product, so it has a short track record and few reference clinics so far. The app is in English only, and it has no e-prescribing or insurance billing.

Healthie is a practice platform for health and wellness providers, with a US focus. Its site lists an EHR, scheduling, payments, a client portal, telehealth, programmes and a mobile app, with an API and other features as paid add-ons. It cites more than 40,000 providers.[13]

Choose Pabau if you run an aesthetics-led clinic and want a long-established platform with an app marketplace, API keys and webhooks.

How to choose
- What do you sell? Programmes and memberships need billing for packages, deposits, instalments and renewals. Check that the tool handles them without spreadsheets on the side.
- Where are your patients? An EU clinic should get a written answer on where data is stored and where AI processing runs. Our GDPR page shows the answers Neogenic gives.
- Do you need a full clinical record or e-prescribing? Then an EHR such as Cerbo, Semble or Healthie may suit you better.
- How many staff need an account? Per-user prices grow with each account, so count accounts before you compare prices.
- What should the AI do? Some tools use AI for notes or charting, some for member reports, some for admin work. Ask each vendor to show the AI finishing a real task in a demo.
- How do you leave? Ask how you export your data and in which format, before you sign.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best longevity clinic software in 2026?
It depends on what your clinic sells and where it works. Neogenic is built for clinics that sell programmes and memberships, with EU hosting. US practices that bill insurance may prefer Healthie. A small integrative practice on a budget may prefer OptiMantra, and a clinic that mainly wants branded lab reports may prefer LongevAI.
What does agentic-first clinic software mean?
It means the AI agent does the work inside the platform, such as booking, follow-up and billing tasks, instead of answering questions in a side panel. When a vendor uses the term, ask it to show the agent finishing a real task and which actions need approval first.
How much does longevity clinic software cost?
Published starting prices in this guide run from $18 per month for a small Healthie plan to $1,800 per month for Reya.ai Professional, with €270 ($299) per person per month for Neogenic Exploration and €1,320 ($1,499) per location for ClinicOS with 6 staff accounts. Semble and LongevAI show no public price. Pabau shows no price on its plan cards, and its page description says from $104 per month for one user.
Where is Neogenic data stored?
Databases and files are in Stockholm and application servers are in Frankfurt. Neo runs on Amazon Bedrock in the EU.
How do we move from our current system?
Plan it before you commit. Ask your current vendor how you export contacts, appointments, memberships and invoices, and in which format. Ask the new vendor what it imports and who does the work. In Neogenic, your team can import contacts from a CSV file.
