Pabau alternatives for longevity clinics in 2026
Pabau grew up in aesthetics. It now also markets itself to longevity clinics, and it lists packages, memberships, POS, marketing automation and lead management.[1][2] Many clinics run it well.
Clinics that compare it usually have one of two reasons. The bill grows with every user, or the clinic's work is moving from single treatments to longer programmes. This page looks at both.
How Pabau charges
Pabau's pricing page says the price depends on where you are and how many users you need. Its FAQ calls this a per-user model. The plan cards show no number, but the page description says plans start at $104 per month for one user.[2]
AI notes and AI agents are priced apart. Pabau Scribe, its AI note-taker, is in every plan, and unlimited Scribe comes with the Care Plus add-on.[2] The Engage Plus add-on, listed at $130 (€119) per month per location, holds an AI Receptionist for voice and chat and AI agents for finance, marketing and sales.[3][2]
Count your accounts first
A per-user price is fair for a small team. It gets harder to plan when part-time practitioners, coordinators and front desk staff all need a login. Write down every person who would sign in in a normal week, then ask each vendor to price that number, plus two for growth.
Also ask whether read-only or clerical accounts cost the same, and whether the AI add-on is priced per location or per user.
How we compared
For this page we looked at money and fit. We used each vendor's own pricing and product pages, and we gave no scores.
- The pricing unit. Per user, per practitioner, per plan, or a quote.
- AI in the plan or as an add-on.
- Billing for programmes and memberships, not only single treatments.
- A setup fee, if one is published.

1. Neogenic
Neogenic is built around the patient relationship over time. Billing & Payments covers memberships, deposits, instalments and package balances, so a 12-month programme bills the way it was sold. Neo, the AI agent, books, follows up and drafts invoices from booking to follow-up to billing tasks, with approval for changes that are hard to undo.
Clinic records are stored in the EU, with databases and files in Stockholm and the application in Frankfurt. A few supporting services, such as email delivery, use providers outside the EU, as the GDPR page explains. See Neogenic's longevity clinic software for each area.
Watch out for what Pabau has and Neogenic does not. Neogenic is new, in English only, and has no app marketplace or public API.
2. Healthie
Healthie prices per plan and by active clients; its Group plan adds $50 per month per clinician.[4]
Watch out for the data location. Its privacy policy says data is stored in the United States, and API access and AI charting are paid add-ons.[9]
3. OptiMantra
OptiMantra charges per practitioner and per clinical staff member, and clerical staff are free. It lists memberships, packages, online booking and labs for integrative practices.[5][10]
Watch out for the EU questions. The pages we checked name no hosting region, and the pages we read do not mention the GDPR.
4. Cerbo
Cerbo also prices per user, with cheaper rates for supporting and part-time providers.[6] It is a full EHR with subscriptions and e-prescribing, built for functional and cash-based practices.
Watch out for the one-time setup fee and the US hosting. Insurance is billed through third-party platforms, not in Cerbo.[6]
5. Semble
Semble is a UK practice platform with an EHR, Semble Pay and more than 1,200 connectors. It prices by quote after a demo.[11][7]
Watch out for the missing price. Semble shows none, though its help centre describes membership schemes billed monthly or yearly.[7][12]
6. LongevAI
LongevAI focuses on lab reports, plans and a branded client portal for longevity clinics. Its client portal lists appointment booking, and payments run through Stripe.[8][13]
Watch out for the missing price. It shows none, and it describes no invoicing.
When Pabau is still the better choice
