How we compared

We read Pabau's own pricing, security and Engage pages on 26 October 2026, and checked its plan comparison table in a browser. We did not sign up for Pabau or ask for a quote, so every price here is a published one. We gave no scores.

How the bill is built

Pabau prices by user and by location, in tiers called Solo, Team, Medium, Group and Enterprise.[2] Its page description starts at $104 per month for one user, and yearly billing saves up to 20%.[2]

Neogenic prices Exploration per person, for up to 4 people, and ClinicOS per location with 6 staff accounts included. Extra staff accounts on ClinicOS are €130 ($149) each.

Pabau's AI agents sit in Engage Plus, at $130 (€119) per location per month, and calls, texts and AI minutes use Pabau credits on top.[3]

Two ways to use AI agents

Pabau's agents work the channels.[2] The AI Receptionist answers calls and chat, and separate agents cover finance, marketing and sales.[2] Pabau says handoff to a person is always on.[3]

Neo works inside the clinic's records. Your team asks it to book, reschedule, update a contact, create a task or prepare an invoice, and it acts within that person's permissions. Changes that are hard to undo show an approval card first.

Where the data is

Pabau's security page names London as its main location, with a Singapore region, files and backups on AWS in London, and US regions on request.[4]

Neogenic keeps clinic records in the EU, in Stockholm and Frankfurt, as the GDPR page states.

Where Pabau is stronger

Pabau has years more track record and more than 4,000 practices.[2] Every plan includes Engage, a shared inbox for email, text and web chat on the patient record.[3]

Neogenic is new, has few reference clinics so far, and is in English only.

Who should choose which

  • Choose Pabau for a busy aesthetics clinic that sells single treatments and wants AI on the phone and in chat.
  • Choose Neogenic for a clinic that sells 6- or 12-month programmes and memberships, and wants an agent to run the admin with records in the EU.

What Neogenic costs

Exploration is €270 ($299) per person per month, for up to 4 people. ClinicOS starts at €1,320 ($1,499) per location per month with 6 staff accounts. A one-time setup fee of €900 ($990) is free on the yearly plan, and yearly billing gives 2 months free. Prices exclude VAT. See pricing for add-ons.
