The short answer

Choose Reya.ai if you want AI agents that read food, labs, assessments and wearable data and write reports for members. Choose Neogenic if you want an AI agent that runs bookings, follow-up and billing for your team, with clinic data in the EU.

How we compared

We read Reya.ai's own home, products, features and pricing pages on 26 October 2026, and used only what a visitor sees on them. We did not test Reya.ai's agents, so this compares what each company states. We gave no scores.

Two different jobs for AI

Reya.ai describes its agents as digital care team members that run in the background.[4] They work on food photos, assessments, labs and monitoring data. Reya.ai says its Personalized Report agent is "turning hours of administrative paperwork into a single-click review".[1]

Neo does not use health data to give medical advice. It does not diagnose, suggest treatments or interpret results. It does the operational work, such as booking a follow-up, updating a contact or preparing an invoice, and it asks before changes that are hard to undo.

Some clinics will want both kinds. The question is which one removes your bottleneck today.

Data and compliance

Reya.ai says it complies with HIPAA, GDPR, Singapore's PDPA and Abu Dhabi's ADHICS, and the pages we checked name no hosting region.[4]

Neogenic publishes where data lives. Databases and files are stored in Stockholm and the application runs in Frankfurt. A few supporting services, such as email delivery, use providers outside the EU, and the subprocessor list names each provider. Ask any vendor for the same before you sign.

Cost and time to go live

Reya.ai lists Essentials at $850 per month and Professional from $1,800 per month, with Advanced on quote.[3] Its FAQ says most clinics go live within 4 to 16 weeks.[4]

Exploration is €270 ($299) per person per month, for up to 4 people. ClinicOS starts at €1,320 ($1,499) per location per month with 6 staff accounts. A one-time setup fee of €900 ($990) is free on the yearly plan, and yearly billing gives 2 months free. Prices exclude VAT. See pricing for add-ons.

Where Reya.ai is stronger

Reya.ai goes much further on the member's health. It has agents for food, labs, assessments and monitoring, a Member AI Twin, and white-labelling in the customer's own styles.[1][2]

Neogenic is new and in English only. Neo is an admin agent, so it does not score biomarkers, analyse food or write clinical reports.

Questions to ask in both demos

  • Show one real task, from the request to the finished result.
  • Which AI outputs reach a patient without a person checking them?
  • Where does the model run, and where is the data stored?
  • What does the AI cost at our volume, beyond the plan price?

More detail is in our guide to Reya.ai alternatives and the Neogenic platform overview. Other comparisons are on one page.
