Reya.ai alternatives for longevity clinics, with AI agents compared (2026)
Reya.ai describes itself as an AI operating system for longevity clinics, and Neogenic is agentic-first too.[1] Its site describes agents for food, assessments, health monitoring, labs, scribe notes and personalised reports, and calls them digital care team members that run in the background.[2][1]
When two products both say agentic, the useful questions are narrower. What does each agent work on? What can it change on its own? Who approves the rest?
Two kinds of agent
Clinical and member agents read health data and produce notes, flags, reports and plans. Reya.ai, LongevAI and Heads Up Health describe agents mostly of this kind.
Admin agents work on the clinic's operations. They book, move appointments, update contacts, create tasks, draft emails and prepare invoices. Neo sits here. Pabau's Engage Plus agents cover calls, messages, finance, marketing and sales, and Heads Up Health says its agents also reduce admin work.[3]
Neither kind is better. They answer different problems, and some clinics will want one of each.
How we compared
We compared the agents only on what each vendor's site states. We did not test rival agents ourselves.
- Scope. Which records and tasks the AI works on.
- Approval. Whether the site says a person reviews or approves the AI's work, and when.
- Where it runs. Whether the site names a region for the AI and the data.
- Price. Whether the AI is in the plan or a paid add-on.
The agents side by side
| Tool | What the AI works on | Approval, as stated | Region stated |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reya.ai | Food, assessments, health monitoring, labs, scribe notes and personalised reports[2] | Its Personalized Report agent is "turning hours of administrative paperwork into a single-click review". Ask which other outputs a clinician reviews first[2] | Not stated[4] |
| Neogenic | Bookings, contacts, tasks, deal notes, emails, opportunities and billing tasks | Routine edits run directly. Deletes, archives, publishing, patient emails and sent invoices wait for an approval card | Amazon Bedrock in the EU |
| LongevAI | Lab reports, consultation notes, reports and plans[5] | Every clinical output is a draft a clinician approves[6] | AI processing in the clinic's region (EU, Singapore, UAE or US)[6] |
| Heads Up Health | Pre-visit briefs, trends, AI workflows and agents[3][7] | Ask the vendor | US and other countries (privacy notice)[8] |
| Pabau | Calls and chat, finance, marketing and sales[9] | Staff can take over any AI conversation in one click. Handoff to a human is always on[10] | London main location for the platform[11] |
| Healthie | Chart notes and transcripts from sessions[12] | A clinician reviews and approves each AI note before locking it[13] | United States (privacy policy)[14] |
1. Neogenic
Neo works for the clinic team, inside Neogenic, from booking to follow-up to billing tasks. It acts within each person's permissions, and an approval in the chat never gives anyone more access. Some work stays with people only, such as roles, legal terms and money settings.
Neo does not diagnose, suggest treatments or interpret results. It runs on Amazon Bedrock in the EU, as the GDPR page explains. See the platform overview for the rest of the clinic's day.
Watch out for the scope. Neo is an admin agent, so it does not score biomarkers or write clinical reports, and Neogenic is new and in English only.
2. LongevAI
LongevAI states the clearest approval rule among the clinical agents we read. Every clinical AI output is a draft that a clinician reviews before a client sees it, with a link back to its source data.[6] Its assistant, Vita, answers questions about clients across the clinic.[5]
Watch out for its age. It was founded in December 2024[15], and its site says it has been live in clinics since February 2026[16]. Invoicing is not described.
3. Heads Up Health
Heads Up Health brings lab, wearable and device data into one client view. Its site describes AI-assisted pre-visit briefs, trend monitoring, outcome reporting and more than 50 integrations.[3] Its pricing page lists community AI agents on every plan, and AI workflows on its higher plans.[7]
Watch out for the gaps in clinic operations. The pages we read describe no booking or billing, and every plan carries an onboarding fee.[7]
4. Pabau
Pabau also lists admin agents. Its Engage Plus add-on lists an AI Receptionist for voice and chat, plus finance, marketing and sales agents, on a long-established aesthetics platform.[9]
Watch out for the extra cost. The agents are a paid add-on on top of a per-user price.
5. Healthie
Healthie's AI turns in-person, phone and video sessions into chart notes and transcripts. It is a paid add-on to a broad US practice platform.[12]
Watch out for the data location and the add-on price. AI charting is a paid add-on[12] and data is stored in the United States.[14]
When Reya.ai is still the better choice
Reya.ai describes more AI agents on the clinical and member side, for food, labs, monitoring, notes and reports, and more wearable and diagnostics features aimed at longevity. Choose Reya.ai if you want many AI agents for health monitoring, reports and clinical notes, with wearable and diagnostics features. See Neogenic vs Reya.ai for the two side by side.
Questions to ask any agentic vendor
- Show me the agent finishing one real task, start to end.
- Which changes run on their own, and which wait for a person?
- Can the agent ever give someone more access than they have?
- Where does the model run, and does the provider keep prompts?
- What happens when the agent is not sure?
